Mukhi Delu was chosen as a pilot project for digital documentation as part of the Endangered Wooden Architecture Program (EWAP). The field visit and data collection were done on the 1st and 2nd of March 2023. It was documented with the help of LiDAR scanning, Aerial Photogrammetry (demonstrated by the agency) and partial Terrestrial Photogrammetry.

The EWAP grant is hosted by Oxford Brookes University and delivered in collaboration with CyArk. Through this grant, CHC will be identifying and digitally documenting around 60 structures across Gujarat.
