Center for Heritage Conservation (CHC), CEPT Research and Development Foundation (CRDF) and the heirs of Kalidas Jethabhai House invite proposals from qualified firms to provide Architectural Conservation and Design services for restoration work and new construction at Kalidas Jethabhai House (KJH), Dharmaj, Gujarat.

The building is an ancestral property, jointly owned by the heirs of Kalidas Jethabhai Patel, and was adopted as a CEPT Conservation Site School by CHC under the Dharmaj Heritage Collaborative in October 2021.
