The house at Nagarvado has been adopted as Conservation Site School at Patan. The site is located within the historic core of Patan city and is owned by the Majmundar Family. It is long narrow corner house which is at the junction of two entrances of the wadas. This house was occupied by a joint family of practising lawyers. One of the ancestors was Diwan at the Gaekwad State. The house is rectangular in plan with a central courtyard, the cabin above the entrance also termed as 'delo' is utilized as a workplace by the family.
